Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Feedrick, including the website and web app at feedrick.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Feedrick

Feedrick is an AI social media agent. You give it your business's website or app link; it reads your public pages and makes short-form posts for your brand, such as videos starring AI-generated presenters, memes and carousels. Posts you keep can be scheduled and published to social accounts you connect, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Feedrick. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, including on behalf of any business you add to your account.

3. Accounts

You need a Feedrick account to make posts. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away at support@feedrick.com if you suspect someone else has used it.

4. Plans, credits and billing

Feedrick runs on credits. Each post uses credits when it is made: a photo post (a meme or a carousel) uses 1 credit and a video uses 2. Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing section and in the app. The free plan includes a starting allowance of credits and a smaller monthly top-up, and its posts carry a watermark.

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the app; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Each month your plan's credits reset to the plan's amount, so unused monthly credits don't roll over. Credits bought as one-off packs don't expire. If a post fails, its credits are returned. Other refunds are handled case by case: contact us if something went wrong.

5. Your website and your content

You are responsible for the links, text, images and videos you give Feedrick. You represent that:

• The website or app you add is your own, or you are authorised by its owner to make marketing content about it.
• Anything you upload, such as product demos or logos, is yours to use, or you have permission to use it.
• Your use of the Service complies with the terms of any platform you publish to, including their rules on advertising, endorsements and AI-generated or synthetic media.
• You will not use Feedrick to make or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, defamatory, hateful or otherwise harmful.

Feedrick does not claim ownership of your content. Posts made for your brand are yours to publish, edit and keep.

6. AI-generated posts

Feedrick uses AI to write, design and film posts, including videos with AI-generated people. These people are not real and are not endorsing your product. AI output can be wrong, so you are responsible for reviewing every post before you keep or publish it, including any claims it makes about your product, and for labelling AI-generated content where a platform or law requires it.

7. Publishing to your social accounts

When you connect a social account, you allow Feedrick to publish the posts you keep to that account at the times shown in your calendar. Only posts you keep are scheduled. You can disconnect an account at any time; posts that are already live stay up on the platform.

8. Intellectual property

Feedrick, its logo, design and underlying technology belong to us. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service. Your plan gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. Third-party services

Feedrick works with third-party services, including the social platforms you publish to, payment processing by Stripe, and the hosting and AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any post will reach a particular audience or result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedrick and its makers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you break these Terms or use it in a way that harms other people or the Service. You may stop using Feedrick at any time by cancelling your plan and deleting your account.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top, and tell you by email or in the app before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
