Best AI UGC Video Generators in 2026, Compared
Six AI UGC video generators compared on price, free plans, URL input and auto-posting, with who each suits. Prices checked on vendor pages in October 2026.
An AI UGC video generator makes videos that look like user-generated content: a person talking to their phone camera about a product, except the person is AI. You give it a product, a script or a link, pick an AI actor, and get a clip shaped for TikTok, Reels, Shorts or a paid social ad.
There are dozens of these tools now, and they aren't interchangeable. Some are built for ad teams testing hundreds of variants. Some are presenter tools that added a UGC mode. A few, including ours, are built for organic posting. Below we compare six on price, free options, what you can start from and whether they post for you, then say who each one suits.
How we compared these AI UGC video generators
We read each vendor's own pricing and feature pages on October 21, 2026, and linked them so you can check. We didn't run the same brief through every tool, so this isn't a test of output quality. Realism depends on the actor, the model and the script. The reliable way to judge it is to watch each vendor's samples and try a free plan or trial yourself.
We looked at five things:
- Price to start: the cheapest paid plan, and how credits turn into videos.
- Free option: a free plan, a trial or neither.
- Input: whether you can start from a product URL or need to bring a script.
- Formats: talking actors only, or other kinds of post too.
- Posting: whether the tool publishes to your social accounts or hands you a file.
Vendors change prices often. Treat every number here as a snapshot and check the linked page before you buy.
When you watch samples or run a trial, these are the things that give an AI video away:
- Mouths and hands. Watch the lip-sync on fast words and anything the actor holds. Both are where realism tends to slip.
- Pacing. Real creators pause, restart and talk over themselves a little. A perfectly even delivery reads as an ad.
- The first two seconds. Does the hook land before a viewer swipes? That depends more on the script than the actor.
- Your product on screen. For software, check how the tool shows your actual interface, not just an actor talking about it.

The best AI UGC video generators, one by one
Arcads: best for paid-ad teams
Arcads is one of the best-known names in AI UGC ads. Its site lists more than 1,000 AI actors, translation in more than 30 languages, and tools for product showcases, lip-sync, captions and swapping actors. Its help center describes a Show Your App feature that puts your app's interface next to a talking actor, which is useful if you sell software.
Arcads doesn't publish dollar prices on its public site as of October 2026. Its help center lists a Starter plan with 8,000 credits a month and a Creator plan with 16,000, neither of which rolls over. A talking-actor video costs 800 credits per minute, per actor, with partial minutes rounded up. So Starter covers about ten single-actor talking videos of a minute or less each month. New accounts get a 3-day trial, after which a saved card is charged for Starter unless you cancel. Our Arcads pricing guide covers the plans in more depth.
Choose Arcads if you run paid ads, write your own scripts and want a large actor library to test hooks at scale. Look elsewhere if you mostly need organic posts and want the tool to publish them; we found no social posting on its public pages. Our list of Arcads alternatives goes wider.
Creatify: best for ads from store and app listings
Creatify starts where many sellers already are: a product link. It reads listings from Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, the App Store, Google Play, Wix and WordPress, picks out the selling points and writes a script for an AI avatar. You can then make several versions to test.
On its pricing page, the free plan gives 10 credits a month, enough for up to 2 video ads or 20 image ads, with a watermark. Standard is listed at $10 to $15 a month depending on billing, for 55 credits, and paid credits expire after two months. Standard includes 300 AI actors; Pro and above include 1,500 plus three custom avatars. Creatify says it supports more than 75 languages. Its pricing page also lists an Ad Launcher for Meta, TikTok and AppLovin, which points at paid campaigns rather than organic posting.
Choose Creatify if you sell physical products or apps and want ad variants from a listing quickly. See Creatify alternatives if it isn't a fit.
MakeUGC: best for many ad variations on a budget
MakeUGC lets you start from a prompt, a product URL or a reference ad. AI can write the script from your product page, or you can paste your own, and you can batch ten variations at once. Actors can hold your product on camera, and voices work in more than 50 languages.
Its pricing page shows yearly-billed prices only: Starter at $29 a month with 500 credits and 300+ actors, Growth at $39 with 1,000 credits, and Pro at $79 with 2,000 to 5,000 credits. Starter exports at 480p or 720p; higher plans add HD up to 4K. Any plan can be tried for $1, with the trial length and renewal price shown at checkout. Credits refresh monthly and don't roll over.
Choose MakeUGC if you want a low entry price for ad creative and are happy to upload or post the videos yourself.
HeyGen: best for presenter videos and many languages
HeyGen started as an avatar presenter tool, and its URL to video tool now pitches UGC-style ads from product URLs too. It reads the page, writes scenes and lets you edit every line before rendering, in 16:9, 1:1 or 9:16.
The free plan allows 3 watermarked videos a month, each up to a minute, with 500+ ready-made presenters and 30+ languages. Creator costs $29 a month, or $24 paid yearly, with 600 credits, 1080p export, no HeyGen branding, a custom avatar with your own voice and likeness, and 175+ languages and dialects. Creator credits roll over one month. Pro starts at $49.
Choose HeyGen if you need your exact script read in many languages, want an avatar of yourself or make longer explainers.
Topview: best for a very large avatar library
Topview turns a product link or campaign brief into a marketing video and pitches UGC-style ads with AI presenters for teams testing on TikTok, Instagram and Meta. Its pricing page lists more than 5,000 public avatars on every plan, avatar videos of up to 180 seconds, and voice cloning.
The cheapest plan shown, Plus, is $36 a month billed yearly ($432) for 100 credits a month. The pricing page doesn't show a free plan. Credits buy different amounts depending on the model, so check the per-model costs before you commit. Its site lists voiceover and captions in 30+ languages.
Choose Topview if actor variety matters most and you're making ads for paid channels.
Feedrick (our product): best for hands-off organic content
Feedrick is an AI social media agent rather than an ad generator, built for organic posting by indie apps, SaaS and small brands. You paste your website or app link. It reads your pages in about a minute, learning what you sell, who it's for, what they're tired of and what you can prove, then makes posts in minutes.
It makes five formats, not just talking actors: silent stories (an AI influencer acts out a scene with on-screen text and music), memes, five-slide carousels, reaction + demo videos (an AI influencer reacts, then it cuts to your own 9:16 product demo) and talking videos (one line to camera, with captions). There are about 30 AI influencers, all AI-made. You keep or skip each post in a review queue, and each choice shapes the next batch. Kept posts are scheduled and published to connected TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Threads accounts.
A meme or carousel costs 1 credit and a video 2. Free gives 12 credits to start, then 5 a month, for one brand on TikTok, with a watermark. Starter is $29 a month for 100 credits (up to 50 videos) on all seven platforms. Growth is $69 for 280 credits and three brands. Yearly billing saves 30%, and credit packs cost $25 per 100 and never expire. See pricing.
Look elsewhere if you need word-for-word scripts, long talking videos, voice cloning, dubbing into many languages, ad-account integrations, A/B testing tools or an editing timeline. Feedrick has none of those, and Arcads, MakeUGC or HeyGen will serve you better.
Free AI UGC video generators: what you actually get
A search for a free AI UGC video generator mostly turns up free tiers and trials. Here's what each allowed on October 21, 2026.
| Tool | Free option | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| HeyGen | Free plan | 3 videos a month, up to 1 minute each, watermarked |
| Creatify | Free plan | 10 credits a month (up to 2 video ads or 20 image ads), watermarked |
| Feedrick | Free plan | 12 credits to start, then 5 a month; 1 brand; TikTok only; watermarked |
| MakeUGC | $1 trial | Length shown at checkout; renews at the plan price unless you cancel |
| Arcads | 3-day trial | A saved card is charged for Starter if you don't cancel in time |
| Topview | None shown | Paid plans only on the pricing page |
A free plan is for judging fit, not for running a channel. Two watermarked videos a month won't keep an account active. Use the free tier to see whether the actors and scripts suit your brand, then do the math on a paid plan.
How to choose an AI UGC tool for your stage and budget
- You're testing paid ads at scale. Pick a tool built for variants: Arcads, Creatify or MakeUGC. Feedrick has no ad-account integrations or A/B testing tools.
- You want to write the script word for word. Arcads, MakeUGC and HeyGen all take your own script.
- You need many languages. HeyGen lists 175+ on paid plans and Creatify lists 75+. Feedrick doesn't dub.
- You sell physical products. Creatify reads store listings directly, and MakeUGC can put your product in an actor's hands.
- You sell an app or SaaS. Look for a way to show the product, not just talk about it. Arcads has Show Your App; Feedrick's reaction + demo cuts to your own screen recording.
- You need to post every day and have no time to edit. This is where Feedrick fits: one link in, several formats out, and the posts you keep publish themselves.
On budget, compare the cost per finished video, not the plan price. A plan with more credits can still make fewer videos if each one costs more. Check rollover too: Creatify's paid credits expire after two months, Arcads' Starter and Creator credits reset each cycle, HeyGen's Creator credits roll over one month, and Feedrick's add-on packs never expire.
AI labels, testimonials and other rules
The major platforms allow AI UGC, but two sets of rules apply.
Platform labels. TikTok requires a label on AI-generated content that shows realistic people or scenes, and has a setting to add one. YouTube asks creators to disclose realistic content made or altered with AI, including realistic scenes that didn't happen. An AI actor talking to camera can fall under both, so turn the label on.
Fake testimonials. In the US, the FTC's rule on fake reviews and testimonials covers testimonials attributed to people who don't exist, including AI-generated ones. Write AI UGC as a scene, a joke or a demo, not as a review from a customer who doesn't exist.
For hooks and scripts that don't feel like ads, see our guide to AI UGC.
Questions
What is an AI UGC video generator?
A tool that makes videos in the style of user-generated content, such as a person talking to a phone camera about a product, using AI actors instead of real creators. You give it a product, a script or a link and it produces a short clip for TikTok, Reels, Shorts or paid social.
Is there a free AI UGC video generator?
There are free tiers rather than fully free tools. As of October 2026, HeyGen allows 3 watermarked videos a month, Creatify gives 10 credits a month (up to 2 video ads) with a watermark, and Feedrick gives 12 credits to start, then 5 a month, posting to TikTok with a watermark. Arcads offers a 3-day trial and MakeUGC a $1 trial.
Which AI UGC video generator is best for paid ads?
Tools built around ad variants fit best: Arcads for a large actor library and your own scripts, Creatify for ads from store and app listings, and MakeUGC for many variations at a low entry price. Feedrick is built for organic posting and has no ad-account integrations or A/B testing tools.
How much does an AI UGC video cost?
It depends on how credits are counted. On Arcads, a talking-actor video costs 800 credits per minute per actor, so the 8,000-credit Starter plan covers about ten videos of a minute or less. On Feedrick, a video costs 2 credits, so the $29 Starter plan's 100 credits cover up to 50 videos.
Do I have to label AI UGC videos?
On TikTok and YouTube, realistic AI-generated people and scenes need a label or disclosure, so turn on the platform's AI label when you post. In the US, also avoid presenting an AI actor as a real customer giving a testimonial, which the FTC's fake reviews rule covers.
Can AI UGC replace human creators?
AI UGC is good for volume and for trying many hooks quickly. Human creators are still better for deep product trust, physical try-ons and reaching a creator's own audience. Many teams use both.
