Instagram carousel splitter
Cut one wide image into 2 to 10 carousel slides that swipe as a single seamless picture. Free, no sign-up, and your image never leaves your device.
How to make a seamless carousel
- Design it wide. Make one image as wide as all your slides together: 3 slides of 4:5 is 3,240 × 1,350 pixels.
- Mind the seams. Keep faces and words away from the dashed lines, or let something cross a line on purpose so people swipe to see the rest.
- Split and download. Choose the number of slides and the shape, check the swipe preview, then download all of them as a ZIP.
- Post in order. Add the slides to one carousel, slide 1 first.
A panorama works best when the first slide gives people a reason to swipe: a half-finished sentence, an arrow, or something cut off at the edge.
When you need carousels every week
A seamless panorama is a one-off. For a steady stream of carousels that tell one story or teach one thing, Feedrick writes and designs them from your website and posts the ones you keep to Instagram and TikTok.
Questions
Good to know.
What size should a seamless carousel image be?
Make it as wide as all the slides together and as tall as one. For portrait 4:5 slides that's the number of slides × 1,080 pixels wide by 1,350 tall, so 3,240 × 1,350 for three slides. For square slides, make it 1,080 tall instead. Other sizes work too: the tool crops to fit and lets you choose which part to keep.
Is my image uploaded anywhere?
No. The splitting happens in your browser on your own device, and the slides are saved straight from it. Nothing is sent to Feedrick or anyone else.
How many slides can I make?
From 2 to 10. Each slide downloads as a 1,080-pixel-wide PNG, one by one or all together in a ZIP file.
How do I post it so it looks like one picture?
Post every slide in a single carousel, in order, slide 1 first. Because the slides are cut edge to edge, the picture carries on as people swipe.
Can Feedrick make carousels for me?
Yes. Paste your website and Feedrick writes and designs five-slide carousels about your product, along with UGC videos and memes, then posts the ones you keep. It's free to start.
